The Service is operated exclusively for the private, non-commercial use of designated family members of the Service operator ("Authorized Users").

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

2. Scope of Service

Claude Buddy is a private messaging assistant that operates solely within a closed group of family members. The Service is not offered to, nor intended for use by, the general public. Access to the Service is restricted to Authorized Users who have been individually designated by the Service operator.

3. Information We Collect

In the course of providing the Service, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Phone Numbers: Mobile telephone numbers of Authorized Users, used exclusively for the purpose of delivering messages via the A2P messaging platform.
• Message Content: The content of messages sent to and received from the Service, which may include text and other data provided by the Authorized User.
• Usage Metadata: Technical information such as timestamps, message delivery status, and interaction logs necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Service.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• To deliver and facilitate messaging services to Authorized Users;
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the functionality of the Service;
• To comply with applicable legal obligations, including carrier and regulatory requirements for A2P messaging.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Information may be shared only under the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We utilize Twilio, Inc. as our telecommunications provider for message transmission. Information shared with Twilio is governed by Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information where required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

6. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Message content and metadata may be retained for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of transmission, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Data Security

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us so that we may take appropriate steps to delete such information.

9. Your Rights

As an Authorized User, you may at any time:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
• Opt out of receiving messages by replying STOP to any message received from the Service.

10. Consent to Receive Messages

By enrolling in the Service, Authorized Users provide their express consent to receive A2P messages from Claude Buddy. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your wireless carrier. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Authorized Users via the Service or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
